What if one day you wake up and realize that there is something wrong, the facade of your home has been ripped out, while the room is being exposed to the elements, architectural programme becomes naked. Under this extreme condition, the value of the facade becomes especially evident. 

 

In order to commit a crime and steal a facade of a building, rending it context-less and dynamic, one must plan every step. This section demonstrates a series of stages that explain the process of extracting and stealing facades and fragments in Berlin, ranging from small histroically forgotten ornaments, to most iconic monuments. 

 

These fragments will then be transported into the facade terminus, a space that houses the biggest architectural collection, where the element is subjected to a series of both physical and meta-physical operations, driving the process of re-invention.
